OVER 70 percent of women below 50 years are at risk of fibroid, a foremost fertility specialist, Dr Abayomi Ajayi, has said. Just in: Atiku, Wike, Fayose, others meet in Abuja


The presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, has met with the governor of Rivers state, Nyesom Wike, former governor of Ekiti, Ayodele Peter Fayose and other stakeholders of the party in Abuja. The reason for their meeting has not been ascertained as at the time of filling this report. Atiku had defeated Wike, Saraki, Ayim, Bala Mohammed, others  at the party’s presidential primary. He secured 371 votes while Wike who is his closest rival garnered 237 votes.

Embattled former governor of Imo State, Owelle Rochas Okorocha on Monday appeared before a Federal High Court in Abuja where he pleaded not guilty to the N2.9 billion corruption charges brought against him by the Federal Government.
